

Mint is a brilliant herb with an evocative smell of summer. It has been used since ancient times and it pairs brilliantly with both savoury dishes and sweet dishes. We grow two types, an egyptiantan round-leaved mint, and peppermint This is Peppermint, best used for sweet dishes (but not exclusively). It has pointed leaves and a strong, slightly sweet scent. Peppermint can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, or in a glass of water. Pick leaves off the stem to use in your cooking.
