Beetroots, loose

As we progress through the season, we make loose beetroots available for purchase. This is because we often need to clear beetroors out of a bed in order to plant our next crop, or if we have overharvested for some of our sales streams. In summer, these instances can be infrequent, and so some beetroots will become available until they are sold. As we progress into autumn, we tend to have more available as loose. Store in your crisper drawer in your fridge for the longest shelf life. Loose beetroots are a more economical choice if your household eats a lot of carrots every week
