Getting started is easy. First, check whether we deliver to your postcode and choose your preferred delivery option. We charge for home delivery, but picking up your produce from a collection point will always be free!
You’ll then be guided through creating an account, adding your delivery address, and securely setting up payment details.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, so your card information is never stored by us!

Browse our range of veg boxes, vegetables, salads and herbs. When you find something you like, click “Add to basket”, then choose how often you’d like it delivered and when you’d like it to start. To edit or remove an item, simply click the 'Edit' icon in your basket. From there, you can adjust the product, change the next delivery date, or remove it altogether.
Our Veg Boxes: We only do a limited amount of veg boxes every year! Subscribing to our veg box means you will never miss out on a share of our produce. Contents change weekly based on what we have seasonally available, but you can swap out produce when the contents are published every week.
Medium box not big enough for you?: Add more items! This year, our largest box subscription is a 'Medium' box (feeds 2-4 people). However, if this does not meet your weekly needs, you can always add more to your basket. You can set these items as a recurring purchase or a one-off for that dinner party you are organising!
Want to build your own order from scratch? No problem! You can create a custom order every week with whatever you fancy, or set some items to reccur every order cycle!
Do you dislike a specific vegetable? Set up automatic swaps! You can "Manage your Swaps" in your Account. Any disliked items will automatically be swapped out of your basket or veg box for an available liked item! It's hastle-free and you can ensure you don't receive something that will go to waste.
The basket is designed specifically for subscriptions, so there is no need to check out every time you change your order. All orders will be processed after the deadline, so you can tinker with your basket as much as you want until then. Your order deadline and delivery day will be clearly stated on the customer basket. The basket will show the details for the next delivery slot on your delivery round. Any orders for future weeks will displayed in 'future & pre orders' at the bottom with clear dates of the order.
You will receive automated emails ahead of your deadline as well as when the order has been confirmed when the deadline has passed.

Depending on your postcode, your delivery day will either be Wednesday or Thursday. This will be confirmed when you first sign up and will always be visible in your basket as a reminder. We’ll also remind you of your delivery day in our automated emails ahead of each delivery so you don't forget when your produce is arriving!
If you have chosen one of our pickup locations, you will be notified when we have delivered your produce for collection. If you have chosen home delivery, your produce will be delivered to your door on the designated delivery date.
If you are a new home delivery customer, we encourage you to add your 'What Three Words' to your 'Delivery Instructions' section in your 'Delivery Address' in your Account. This will ensure smooth delivery of your produce on the day and helps us out a lot!
Heading away or need a break? You can easily pause your regular deliveries by selecting “Holidays” in your account menu, or by clicking “Pause deliveries” directly from your basket.
Click “Book holiday”, then choose your start and end dates. Any deliveries scheduled during that time will be skipped automatically.

When you place your first order you will be charged an additional £6 pounds deposit for our reusable packaging. This will include two large jute bags labeled with your name for your use during the season. We will pack your order in one bag and request that you return your second one to us when you collect your box from a pickup point or you can leave it by your door on home delivery day for us to collect.
At the end of the season, or if you decide to no longer order from us, we will refund you the full amount upon return of our packaging. Thank you for helping us reduce wastage!
Delivery addresses around our farm can be hard to find! To avoid confusion on the day of delivery and to help us out, please add detailed instructions for home delivery in the 'Delivery instructions' section under 'Delivery Address' in your Account. We recommend giving us your 'What Three Words' for ease of delivery.
Our produce is delivered as soon after harvest as possibe. However, vegetables are perishable goods and are susceptible to hot temperatures and direct sunlight. If you have chosen home delivery and you won't be in during the day, we recommend letting us know in the 'Delivery Instructions' section under Delivery Addresses in your account where you would like us to leave your produce. A shady spot out of direct sunlight can suffice for a few hours, but you might also consider leaving out a coolbox for us to place our produce in. A coolbox with a reusable ice pack will keep your produce fresh all day! Alternatively, you could notify or nominate a neighbour to collect your produce from your doorstep.
If you are collecting from a pickup point, then your produce will be kept indoors and out of direct sunlight. However, please be aware that none of our pickup points (apart from our farm) are able to refrigerate your produce. It is best to collect your produce on the same day of delivery.
Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we are unable to deliver very far. Every hour we are on delivery is an hour we are away from the farm. Consider picking up from one of our pickup points if you are outside of our delivery radius. However, if you are within 10 miles or so of the farm (S14 8DH), do feel free to contact us and we can investigate if delivering to you is possible.
